TOR 11, KC 8

Someone in the booth last night: "It's getting ugly here at the Rogers Centre." Me: "View's pretty good from BPP Towers, though." Well, as long as you didn't train your binocs on Mt. Cueto, which blew itself up with a wow that metaphor is garbage. ...Cueto sucked and cancelled out his own points with a short outing and four walks, is the point.

Speaking of points! Monster night for Tulo, who celebrated by getting ejected.

AL goes again at 4 ET with an ex-Met matchup, Chris Young (no offense to Mr. Young, who seems like a nice man, but if I'm the Jays, I'm a little insulted by this) vs. RA Dickey. Could turn into a slugfest, theoretically, but I'm predicting one of those 2-1 everyone's-exhausted accidental pitching duels. Or at least hoping for one, since Grandpa Knuckles is on my slate.

Then everyone who DIDN'T pick like a sentimental 12-year-old is up for the night game, "That's Messed Up" Jake deGrom vs. Kyle Hendricks. Not loving the Trops' chances here, but the wind blows out for both teams. We'll see...and I'll see you back here with some points this evening.

19 total runs, and my Hosmer/Moustakis/Encarnacion trio totals 0 points. OH MY GOD.
