It looked like the Braves might find a way to give that one back; nice for poolies and for Acuña that his effort wasn't for naught.
Well, for Atlanta-pick poolies, that is. Bellinger has yet to get on the board, and only Muncy is really performing as you might hope, although Turner is doing that chipping-away thing he does. Maybe he could do that lend-Machado-his-bat thing. My NL slate's getting killed over here.
Last night's points:
Acuña 4
Albies 1
Freeman 4
Muncy 4
Turner 2
That jumps Richardson into the lead
23 Richardson
21 Reid Love
20 MArbour 2, Fell 1
A slightly different complexion for the rest of the field, which is after the jump.
19 Cameron 2
18 Tormey
17 MArbour 1
16 Shotwell 2, Brady
15 Shotwell 1, Cameron 1
14 Bauer 2
13 Yuhan 2
12 Reid Hate, Johnson 2, Stempel, Bingham 2
11 Fell 2, Johnson 1, SDB 2, Yuhan 1, Crase
10 the JArbour slates and Bauer 1
9 SDB 1, Quinn
7 Bingham 1
5 DGB
3 Winklepleck
This looks grim for some of you, and I would not be surprised if Houston had their brooms out from the get...but 1) that's the first game, at 1:30 ET, with Keuchel v. Clevinger, so at least we'll be out of our misery early; and 2) all remaining teams play tonight, LAD/ATL at 4:30 (Hill vs. Foltynewicz) and Sox at Yanks at 7:40 (Eovaldi v. Severino).
